The good news is you don't need to be a numbers person to find your way. You just need a few steady tools and the patience to use them in order.

In these eight short lessons we'll take a raw, messy sheet and walk it all the way to a clear answer. We'll tidy the data so it's trustworthy, sort and filter to find what matters, summarize a pile of rows into a single useful number, and finish with an honest chart that tells the story at a glance.
